  7. Car seat ( should be installed and inspected well before delivery date)

  3. Birth plan (if applicable)
  4. Mother's medical file (lists any current medication or allergies)
  5. Umbilical cord blood preservation kit (if storing cord blood)

Below is a list of recommended items for the labor coach/helper that should be brought to the hospital when going to deliver...
  1. Watch/stop watch
  2. Water mister/spray bottle
  3. Message toys/equipment
  4. Cell phone (w/charger) or money/phone card
  5. List of phone numbers (to call after delivery)
  6. Money for parking
  7. Food and beverages
  8. Focus object (photograph, meaningful object)
  9. Camera (still and/or video, make sure to have film/tape and batteries)
